In these last days, the enemy of souls is seemingly doubling and tripling his efforts to bring false healings into the churches and homes. In some cases it is easier to detect false healers, and in other instances it is not so easy. What would you think if you came across a healing ministry where the teacher that told you that in order to be healed you have to forgive those who you harbor bitterness toward? Wouldn’t that statement make you feel like you could perhaps let your guard down a little? Doesn’t it make sense that continual bitterness can ruin one’s health? And what if you went to one of the meetings, or watched a video of the healing meetings, and found the healer to be teaching good things that you might even hear in your own church? What if the guy didn’t jump around and act as a buffoon? And what if he was calm, cool, collected? What if he didn’t do anything bizarre like what you would expect from a false healer?
This series on the life of Job addresses the issues Job faced and covers deceptions within the modern healing industry as well as a verse by verse commentary on the book of Job. Read all three parts to the series on Job and the Healing Wars.
